Starting Point & Challenges

ANTHOLZER had already implemented Odoo with a previous partner — however, the setup was neither tailored to the company’s specific requirements nor aligned with its complex logistics and production workflows. As a result, key automation potentials remained untapped, and many processes continued to run manually, making them prone to errors.

With the onboarding of several new key accounts, ANTHOLZER’s internal demands increased significantly. The company now required fully automated workflows, transparent processes, and stable, cross-system communication. A particular priority was the ability to reflect each customer’s unique technical requirements within the system — including additional services such as real-time visibility into the current order status (“Where is my order right now?”).
