Starting Point & Challenges
Shortly after its founding in 2024, QUCOXX faced the challenge of how and where to centrally consolidate and structure all relevant customer information and their interactions with the platform. The requirement was for a future CRM system that could seamlessly integrate into the existing system architecture and, in particular, support the end-to-end process of registration, payment processing, and a centralized customer directory. Other important factors included one-time and ongoing operating costs, scalability, a high degree of standardization, and integration with other core systems such as an ERP.
As the company’s dynamics increased and new customer segments emerged, it quickly became clear that a powerful, modular, and digital CRM system was needed — ready for immediate use and scalable to grow with the business.
